In 2024, I moved to Dubai, but later had to come back to London. I had a lot to rebuild and very little certainty about where to begin. So I started where I always do.. with my morning matcha, and silence.

KIE Living was founded on a simple and radical idea, that the most luxurious thing a woman can consume is something that makes her glow from the inside out. Not a supplement. Not a trend. A ritual.

That ritual did not fix everything. But it held me together while I fixed everything myself.
